Work from 7:45 until 15:30 each day. However, based on the school’s needs or teacher punctuality, teachers may be required to begin work at an earlier starting time.
Teach between 20 to24 periods per week. As there are 35 periods in a week, teachers can plan and mark during their free periods.
Submit lesson plans, which align with the school’s curriculum and standards, each week.

Create resources to effectively teach and facilitate learning in the classroom.
If needed, perform pastoral duties.
Teach and facilitate extra-curricular activity classes up to 2 times per week. These classes will be considered to be part of a teacher’s class load.
Attend and participate in meetings each week which may occur before or after normal school hours.
Attend work related workshops each term and be expected to implement learned ideas in their classes.
Attend student-parent conferences each term.
Attend and participate in special events which may occur on a Saturday or Sunday without additional payment.
Regularly assign and mark homework.
Regularly record student formative and summative assessments in the school’s designated marking system.
Submit student midterm and end of term reports.
During online learning periods, upload recorded classes daily to a shared drive for parents and students.
During online learning periods, use online learning platforms, such as Zoom and Google Classroom, effectively.
Work at the school during online learning periods.
Regularly and effectively communicate ideas with parents and students for online learning related tasks and goals.
