This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for Pensmith STEM International. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website. It will notify you of the following:

Information Collection and Use

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, by you choosing to complete a form to provide us information or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We may use your information to

  • Process requests that you have made
  • Carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into with you
  • Seeking your views or comments about our school, your response is voluntary and you are free not to provide us with more information if you would prefer not to do so
  • Notifying you about changes in our services
  • Send you communications which you have requested and that may be of interest to you. These may include information about campaigns, activities, promotions
  • Process a job application.

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis.  We only hold information as long as it is necessary for the relevant activity to which your request relates.

Security of your Information

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
