Research by the University of Maryland has found that your mindset contributes to your creativity, which they referred to as the Creativity Stereotype Effect. If you think you are creative, your chances of being creative increase, and thinking your not creative can decrease your creativity. Therefore, everyone can be creative by working on our mindset.
